Fast AES-128 CTR mode encryption/decryption

This design is a AES-128 encryption/decryption CTR system that is designed for speed - the throughput should be sufficient for PON applications at 10G and 40G. It has been simulated using the NIST Known Answer, Multi-message and Monte Carlo tests. A zip archive that includes all source files, testbenches, user guide and Tcl scripts is available from my git hub page.
